What is the return policy?
You have thirty days from delivery to return a piece, unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. Email hello@tirzah.store with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within ten business days. The full terms are in our returns policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
No. Sale pieces can be returned on the same terms as everything else. Gift cards are the only exception.
When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive in less than 15 days. Each product page shows the latest date your order should arrive. Once it ships, we email you a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included on every order. We currently ship within the United States, and we cover any tariff charges on US deliveries. Details are in our shipping policy.
