Common questions
Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. It is the same carbon crystal as a mined diamond, with the same hardness, brilliance and fire. The only difference is where it formed: in a lab rather than underground. Without specialist equipment, the two cannot be told apart.
What do VS and F+ mean?
They are the stone's clarity and colour grades. VS, very slightly included, means any inclusions are hard to find even under 10x magnification and cannot be seen by eye. F+ means a colour grade of F or better, in the colourless range, so the stone shows no warmth.
Does it come with a chain?
No. The pendant ships on its own, ready for a chain you already own.
How do I care for it?
Put it on last and take it off first: after lotion, perfume and hairspray, and before swimming and the gym. Clean the stone with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then let it dry. Store it on its own so it cannot scratch other pieces.
